Important Details:

• Meet at Church: 8:00 PM

• Eat dinner beforehand

• Cost: $15 per student — visitors are FREE! Venmo @christai14 beforehand with the description “Broomball, Child(ren)’s Name”

• Costume: Wear something you can run in — lots of movement during broomball!

• Pick up at IBC Church: 

• If your child is NOT participating in the lock-in: 12:30 AM @ IBC

• If your child IS participating in the lock-in: 9AM @ IBC

*Due to limited time slots at the ice rink, this was the earliest we could do :(. We apologize for the event running so late! 

We understand that picking up at the ice rink may be more convenient for some. However, to minimize confusion and ensure every YGer’s safety, we kindly ask that all pick-ups take place at IBC. Thank you for supporting our YG!

What to Bring For YG:

• Costume (come wearing it!)

• Broomball-appropriate clothes

• Closed-toe shoes (required to play!)

• Sweatshirt or jacket

• Helmet/pads (optional)

Packing List For Lock-In:

• Costume (come to youth group wearing it!)

• Clothes for Broomball 

• CLOSED TOED SHOES*** You must have these to play

• Athletic clothes: pants recommended

• Sweatshirt/jacket

• Helmet/Pads (if desired)

• Overnight clothes (pajamas)

• Toothbrush, toothpaste, floss

• Sleeping bag

• Sleeping pad

• Pillow

• Change of clothes for next day

• Water bottle

• Phone charger
