Shepherd’s Conference – Day 3

Friday, March 6, 2009

Recap:

Well, today was the final day of the conference. It’s been a wonderful week. I have been challenged both spiritually and physically. I have met old friends and made new friends…all who strive to know Christ and to make Him known. I am still trying to fully digest all that’s been taught throughout the week. For those of you who were unable to attend, I highly recommend downloading the audio for some of the general sessions and seminars. They are available at www.shepherdsconference.org.

Phil Johnson covering Titus 2:7-8, and talking about a trend where some pastors have been using inappropriate things in their ministry under the form of cultural contextualization.

Bill Barrick addressing the fallacies of Islam.

Taking a break with some of the Lord’s faithful servants.

Exercising (and snacking) on our way to lunch.

Spiritually digesting after Steve Lawson’s
fiery message on protecting the purity of the Gospel.

And some other photos…

Besides being fed spiritually, we also went to the “doctor”
(Dr. Hogly Wogly’s BBQ) to be fed physically to regain our strength for the conference.

Enjoying food and fellowship with our brothers and sisters in Christ.
